Commitment weekend is scheduled for November 5th, and First Fruits Sunday will be November 19th.

Commitments will be for 3 years although folks may choose to donate at whatever timing intervals work best for them.

The land is for sale, and we are prepared to entertain serious offers.

It would be our intention to have an asking price of no less than the balance of the mortgage.

Those funds would then be applied to that balance. If the property sells for more, those extra dollars would be added to the building fund. Then the congregation would decide how to best utilize those funds.

Yes, the mortgage that we burned in the spring of 2023 was for the 2003 expansion of the church, including Luther Hall, our early childhood classrooms, and the music room.

We currently have a mortgage for the purchase of the D’Angelo property which we purchased in 2017.

Our current balance on the mortgage for the D'Angelo property is $987,053.42. Our monthly payment is $7,477.00.

The original amount was $1,290,000.00 on a 20-year term at 3.875% interest. We lowered that interest rate to 3.40% in October of 2021. It is an adjustable rate which will be reviewed in October of 2026.

Maturity date on the loan remains May 2037.

No, it does not. The good news is that each month the principal payment is higher than the interest.
